Not enough foot space
I like the fact that it breaks down. The seat is quite comfortable. I like the headlight button on the console. I like that the battery can be charged both on the tiller, and off scooter.
There is not enough foot space on the deck for me to comfortably sit. Mt husband claims that the seat is heavy and awkward to load. It was hard getting used to the ignition switch being on the side.

I am an older female with mobility issues. I have problems walking for long distances, so need a scooter to get around.

Love it
Stability
The two little wheels on the back prevent it from having the ground clearance as advertised and it doesn't stop quick enough.

I am 72 years old. I live in farm county,so, stability was important, on uneven ground.
Good product for the price
Easy to take down for transport
foot deck narrower than others, could use more power.

Very stable and well built.
Turning radius, low battery life!

66 yo male with knee and back problems! Cannot ealk more than a few steps at a time!
Excellent product but a little heavier than expected.
Quality of materials used and distance it will travel on a single battery charge. 2nd strength is having an adjustable seat component. 3rd strength is the option to use a larger (20") seat for comfort.
I find the 54" turning radius is the biggest weakness for this scooter.

Bigger scooter, but slower with less leg room.
Bigger
Not enough leg room and is slower than most scooters.

It’s an adequate scooter for my needs.
Easy to use. Easy to operate. Right size for me as I am a smaller person.
The tires! I prefer pneumatic tires. But they are unavailable for my scooter.

I am a Polio survivor and 73 years old with Post Polio Syndrome. I use a scooter every day to get around, shop and keep my independence.
Very happy.
The weight it carries.
It is a little heavy for me to put together & load into our car.
wanda h. from dalton, ga (caregiver)
My husband needed this so he was able to go to our grandsons sports activities. He has missed some many because of not being able to walk far.
