Very pleased and will buy again
From the beginning of the salesperson to the man that repaired the item after delivery was the best customer service and customer appreciation I have ever had. I will be buying from this company again.
I can’t think of anything at this time. And I am sure I won’t either.

Getting up there in age and it is hard for me to walk any length of distance.
Lightweight but stable mobility.
Much more stable than my old 3 wheel scooter, and much easier to transport due to its lighter weight. The battery indicator lights are very precise.. when you are down to the last yellow light before red, you had better be close to home! The front basket is large enough to carry your necessities and seems sturdy. The ride is smooth and turning radius is shorter than expected with 4 wheels in tight spaces. The steering area has plenty of room for my side view mirror and cell phone holder and still plenty of room for my hands. The tiller can be moved even closer to my 4’8” self than I had hoped. Thank you Spinlife for offering financing, because I would be grounded otherwise.
The lack of headlight and taillights, and the short battery life. I was used to charging my old scooter every other day (I usually ride 5+ miles a day on the bike trail), but unless I charge every day I end up having to call for help. Get the better, longer lasting battery pack!! The seat doesn’t have the accessories receptacles needed to support my Scooterpac canopy and rear basket, so I had to switch seats with my old scooter. Get a bicycle headlight/taillights set for safety if you like riding early in the morning or at twilight, or in the rain (don’t do this if you don’t have a canopy enclosure!!)

me a little slow
Enjoy shopping and site seeing again
Easy to transport and assemble with aid. Like that you are able to break down into 4 pieces. Long lasting battery.
Poor initial assembly instructions for seat stem. Bag of parts with no explanation of their use. Difference in turning radius between 3 and 4 wheel version. I previously owned a 3 wheel but feel more secure with 4 wheel.

Purchased as Christmas gift for my 84 year old mom. She hasn’t received it yet but my two kids have thoroughly enjoyed testing it out.
Very nice design and build quality
Lightweight, good speed, build quality, price
Battery life, seat could be more comfortable, an odometer would be nice.

Spitfire pro very nice product
The scooter is pretty easy to use.
The throttle levers could have been better designed.

I bought this scooter for my wife who has bad knees and we only have had it for two months now but the scooter performs greatly.
Can take my dog for a longer walk now so I'm very happy...
Very easy to maneuver
A bit noisy probably because of the plastic Wheels
