Great product for price
Product is great, but SpinLife's customer service is superlative! The first chair arrived and had a terrible odor of smoke...like it was stored in a warehouse in a fire area. When I could not eliminate the odor through cleaning, I reported the problem to customer service. They shipped me a replacement chair immediately and directed me to dispose of the original chair.

Cruiser III: Review
The reason for this product is as a backup/office chair, I use it at work primarily since I ride my scooter to work. I also loved that this chair is one of the most inexpensive 300LB Capacity chair, I'm closer to 250. I had the same one prior to buying the new one and that one lasted about 5 years.
For my use there are no weaknesses, but my use is very basic.
