Our new Cloud chair is great!
The material, the looks, the mechanics are all tops.
None that we have found, yet.

My wife must use a walker and had trouble getting out of her lounger. Our new Cloud chair is great. It is so comfortable she even sleeps at night in
This model was just the right fit and performance for...
The full range of positions fit any purpose, from sitting upright in a social setting to sleeping all or most of the night.
This chair has not displayed any issues except the potential for the arms to develop a depression at the elbow location.

Comfort
The heat/massage element was a waste of money. Does not get very warm and the massage is just buzzing

My father is 87 and I wanted the most comfortable chair I could find
It does what catalog said it could do.
The infinite control of positions, construction quality. Ability to purchase with or without heat/vibration features.
Would love to see a hard copy of the manual come with the product. Guess I would like the two control modules on opposite sides of chair. At night you look around to see if everything is "off"; would love to have switch that turned off lights on both handles.

Same exact chair model feels much different than floor...
Infinite position. SpinLife customer service has been wonderful in every aspect, and I would highly recommend buying from them over any other retailer!
I went to a local healthcare supply retailer 3 times to try out chairs and always felt that this was the most comfortable of all 10 models on display. When I first received the chair I was happy, yet shortly after was uncomfortable as the lumbar support back cushioning was not holding up well. It got very soft and flat within 2 weeks! I now experience back pain. I am awaiting replacement of the back portion of the chair. I just hope that the manufacturer isn't making chairs with better quality for the showroom, and lower quality built and shipped to customers.
