My mother - she will soon turn 89; the scooter she had was getting old.
Travel Pro 3-Wheel: Review
It gets me where I need to go faster, comfortable seat - basket. It is compact but not too small.
The battery is underneath the seat and makes it difficult to bend down and and plug it in. The controls are too touchy. I have it on the slowest but if you touch too hard it just goes too fast. I have to carry a cane with me and so one hand is full and makes it more difficult to drive. My hands abd thumbs actually hurt while getting used to the controls. I could use a different type of basket to carry things. It gets around corners well but I'm having trouble getting through a couple of doorways. Wish there was a cane holder.

73 yr old female with back pain making it difficult to walk. I have a large house and even to get to bathroom at night is very difficult.
Gave me some of my freedom back
Battery seems to keep a charge. The seat swivels. Easy to turn in tight spaces.
The battery is in a soft cover

Runs out of power
When it works it is okay but in 1 mile or less I lose all power

Broke my right femur and dislocated right shoulder
Difficult to disassemble, not good for disabilities.
Very comfortable ride. Handles great, can break down to travel, battery is light and can be charged off of the scooter. Basket is very handy. I love the fact that I can get out and move freely now, I can take my scooter almost anywhere with little hassle.
Very difficult to take apart. You have to pull apart 2 cheaply made wire clips that are hard to see and extremely hard to disconnect from battery pack. They will probably break soon. The latch pin and clip that holds the back end of the scooter together is extremely hard to get off. These scooters are normally used by people with disabilities, and should be designed so that we can easily put them together and get them apart, but I cannot do either with my arthritic hands. What were you thinking when you designed this product? I have to rely on others to take my scooter apart for me. For these 2 reasons I would NOT recommend this product to others. You've lost sight of your customer’s needs for simplicity.

I have arthritis in knees, feet, shoulders, and hands.
Not a bad little scooter for the price.
Light weight, battery life seems good. Ran it all over the ship, and never died on us.
Tips easy, my wife was backing out of an elevator and the back wheel rode up on the base molding. A passerby held her up or she would have tipped over.

Great value for the price
The light weight (with battery out)- very comfortable seat - great turning radius - I can load scooter alone (with battery out) even without detaching rear wheels - Large rear basket option which we purchased. Powerful battery is a plus - we can use it all day and still have plenty of power when time to go back to the car & leave
Front basket too small - if we didn't purchase the optional rear basket - we wouldn't have enough storage. Lack of battery cover other than the black nylon bag. Consider plastic battery cover to match the scooter - the black bag doesn't look the greatest. A bit tippy even with the extra dolly wheels in back - I realize this trait comes with 3 wheel scooters as opposed to 4 wheel type.
