My mother, age 77, has lung cancer and uses the chair as her primary sitting location and sometimes for sleeping since it keeps her upright.

Ease of operation and quality of construction

There should be greater detail in location and use of add-ons and electronics that go with them... and where to find the transformer. It states how to hook it up but fails to tell you where the transformer connections are. There should be a place to secure the transformers for both the chair & the Massage and heat unit. Just having them lay on the floor is: 1. Not safe 2. very unprofessional for a quality product.

thought since I paid extra for the large it would be bigger it just looks like the regular sized chair
