Great recliner. Mechanism is a little off.
Remote with memory and tweaking feature. Lumbar support super.
Mechanism needs refining. It doesn't always move as smoothly as it should. 'Might' wear in, hopefully. If not will ask for help to correct. If corrected would be all 5s.

Getting up from sitting very difficult. Edema & severe feet neuropathy- needed Trendelenburg-capable chair. This position REALLY helps neuropathy.
Nice to have a comfortable chair that also helps me up.
Soft enough so I don't have to use an extra pillow. The upholstery is also soft--not scratchy.
The control could be made easier to reach without it being in the way.

Small chair which fully meets expectations and matches decor
Relieves pain and pressure points - allows ease of use - exactly what we needed.
To date, no weaknesses have been detected.
