Mostly user-friendly.
Ease of use and great turning ability.
For an older person the charger is hard to insert into the battery. You really have to twist to get down far enough to insert plug, and the port is not very visible. Also don't like that the battery has a fabric cover and not a plastic cover.

I am an 85 yr old female and use the scooter to go from place to place.
good but order 4 wheels
Easy to operate, easy to travel with
On sloped surfaces like driveway openings tends to tip easily order 4 wheels anyway. This is a great product but I wish I had ordered a 4 wheel I use it for store runs and shopping at mall.

Great value for the price.
the ease of getting it in the car trunk and out again to use it.
The only real weakness I see is the soft battery cover for battery protection.

Great Product, but needs larger battery !
Comfortable to ride
Really the only thing wrong with this product, is how the Battery Plugs into the charger! Also needs larger Battery !

Works great for inside use . Low speed compared to...
Low cost great inside scooter and also great on flat areas. Low weight easy to hand load to trunk or van without ramp.
Can not handle steep ramps or long inclines. Slower than most scooters. If you want speed or something to handle long inclines buy better features.
