Comfortable, controls easy to use for someone who can't see...
Mom loves it. The rounded backrest is comfortable, and the controls are easy for her to use. She particularly likes the flashlight attachment that she uses for early morning walks with her dog. She no longer uses it all the time. It is easy to fold and unfold, so she can keep it stored in the closet on good days when it isn't needed.
We had to return the first one because it was too small. It was described as "petite" for those 5'4" and under. She is only 5'3' but it was too short at the highest settings. We ended up getting the "average" size, which is perfect for her. I would recommend the sizing be reviewed as the "petite" version seemed more suited to someone who is no more than 5'2".

Female, hip osteoarthritis, tall. It would help if the handles extended farther than you designed. I fixed that, though.

This is a wonderful walker;easy to use.
We like the large, easy-rolling wheels and adjustable height with extra large seat and storage bag. Love it, love it, love it!
Not really any weaknesses in the product, however, it is a bit heavy and more cumbersome to get into the car than the walker we had before.

Excellent purchase
Allows me the freedom to move about both indoors and outdoors. Having significant balance impairment this product has given me the confidence to move about that using a cane did not.
