80 year old female with peripheral neuropathy who could not walk more than 100 ft with walker.
Well-built, easily handled machine.
Excellent strength to weight ratio. Easy to maneuver. Comfortable seat.
We have yet to find any weaknesses.

78 year old female, restricted in mobility and balance.
Best thing I have bought in years.
It is well made, stable, and does what it promises. Easy to take apart and put back together. It will go up quite steep hills if driven slowly which is good as I live on a steep hill. I got the bigger batteries and have not yet run anywhere near below full power even though I've gone more than 5 miles at a time. It has been a life saver for me as I can't/not allowed to walk outside as I have fractures of the vertebra. I can get to and go in most shops and markets without a problem. I can even visit my doctor now without anyone having to take me. I like the suspension on the scooter as it gives a smoother ride. I can't fault the steering -- it's very easy. Most people will be able to lift the separate parts and fit in the car. Spinlife as a company were excellent to deal with and very helpful.
The small basket. I bought a bigger one from a bike shop and my nephew fitted it for me. I would have liked a rear light but as I don't go out at night it's not that important.

I'm 57 years old and suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and severe Osteoporosis.
Love that it gets me where I need to go.
The light is a huge help if going out in the evening.
The one weakness I think this has is the power. It states that the weight is up to 300lbs. I think if a person of this size uses this particular scooter it would have trouble going uphill. At 200 lbs it has a little trouble.

Absolutely can't do without this.
Allows me more mobility inside and outside.
Can't find one.

None.

It's never gone below full charge, which makes me feel...
The distance it is able to go without draining the battery. When I was told the mileage I would get per charge I thought it couldn’t be true, but it is.
Could have a bit more ground clearance (only because we have thick sidewalk edges). I’m always concerned I will bottom out, but so far I have not!

I am a 63 year old male disabled veteran who is having difficulties walking short distances. This scooter takes me where I need to go.
I would recommend the scooter to anyone shopping for one,...
It is easy to take apart and load in my trunk, if need be. It is a sharp looking scooter and so for no complaints.
I truly cannot think of it having any weaknesses, if I do I will surely let you know.

I have MS and a lot of pain in my legs. This scooter is a blessing, the ride in very smooth and the suspension makes a big difference!
Good for outdoor use. Not indoor use.
Suspension makes the ride smooth on uneven surfaces.
Heavy. Take 2 people to transport. Too wide for effective indoor use. Turning radius to large.

60 year old male, unable to walk without use of walker.
Excellent scooter.
This scooter is very sturdy.
I haven't found any weaknesses and I've had this scooter over two months.
deborah a. from vienna, va
55 year old female. Unable to walk due to nerve disease.
Very nice and works well over bumps and cracks.
Ease of use is very good. Product is stable getting on and off. Very short learning curve. Looks attractive as well.
Plug for recharging somewhat difficult to insert and remove for arthritic hands. Attaching visibility flag was not explained and is somewhat difficult to achieve.

Recipient is a 94 year old woman, 5'0", 97 lbs. Uses a cane for getting around but can only walk for short distances.
Excellent features, well worth the price!
The must have feature that this scooter had that most don't have is a charger port ON THE TILLER. Elderly people have difficulty bending down or crawling on the floor to plug into charger ports that are only a few inches above the floor.
NONE! I did A LOT of research and found this scooter to have the best features for its price. This scooter is wonderful.
cynthia s. from junction city, ks
Excellent scooter! Key features we wanted and got on this scooter were good incline rating, foot room, variable speed, and charger port ON THE TILLER.
