It is very hard to push, to move from a dead stop. I think the wheels are made of synthetic rubber not appropriate for this type of product.

Ease of use for the person pushing it. It seems to be built well.
Not so easy to lengthen the foot pedal. I'm still trying LOL... You need to offer a 24" seat. Some of us are pear shaped and need it wider.

Heavy Duty Transport Chair: Review
Lighter in weight, easy to maneuver, and easy to place into trunk of car.
When I sit in the chair I have to lean backwards to rest against the back of the chair. This is uncomfortable and I will have to use a pillow in order to sit up straight. Also, one of the arms is one inch shorter than the other.
