Freedom for my brother who was a prisoner in his own home because a stroke prevented him from being ambulatory for more than a few yard.
It is great to be included in activities again.

Size, ease of handling, comfort, battery handling
Easy to use and handle. Easy to handle battery pack.
The little connector under the battery pack. It came partially out while in use in Florida and we had to push the scooter until we found out what was wrong. Is there a way to keep this connector connected tightly?

Love it! Don't think twice about going places now.
Easy to assemble, Lots of power, nice size basket, it has plenty of knee room for me. This scooter has enabled me to enjoy outings again. Took it to zoo & had no problems or fatigue at end of day!
A little more clearance to go up ramps and over doorsils would be good.
