Great purchase for the price
The strengths are the great turning ratio. It also has good speed. It could be a little faster.
The horn needs to be louder. You can barely hear it. It could have a little more power.

I am 55 and recoverying from complete ankle reconstruction. I am unable to walk for any distance.
Great entry level, portable scooter
This is a great base model scooter. 1. very lightweight, easy to lift in and out of the back of the car with 2 people. 2. Key operated. 3. Comfy, adjustable height seat.
1. Very small battery. It did last a whole day at Disney World, but the scooter slows down as the battery gets low and we were a little afraid it was going to die. 2. Slows down as battery level decreases. 3. The meter showing battery life is not steady; it swings back and forth. 4. The battery pack is not easily removable. It is quite light weight, and we were able to leave it on the scooter while lifting (we took the chair off) 5. No delta tiller- controls work opposite of a delta tiller

This is a great motorized scooter, terrific turning radius,...
Turning radius good for doorways, hallways, comfort, swivel seat, quiet, ease of charging, easy to learn to drive. Arm rests lift for convenience.
Small size of basket, no padding on side arms for doorway damage protection and no padding on front basket for same type protection.

I have lots of your scooters and think the es2 is the best...
It’s more comfortable to sit on for my back and the seat is softer.
It’s too big, I expected the last scooter I ordered not this one, but it’s ok. I still have the ES2 and it’s easier to move around.

I operate scooter from garage, enabling me to perform various chores. I have Parkinson's disease so would otherwise be unable to perform chores.
Great value scooter for our specific needs yet still high...
We have a 4 wheel pride scooter that my father utilizes outside. Prior to falling last month, he was able to move around within his home with crutches. He lives in a smaller home thus the 4 wheel scooter was difficult to move around in the kitchen and bathroom due to it's larger required turning radius. This scooters strongest feature IMO is the 3 wheel tight turning radius coupled with its 19" narrow body (without arms installed). We could not find any scooters on the market today with a tighter turning radius and narrow body other than the pride - this was a great purchase at a great price!
No real weaknesses - this scooter was purchased for the specific purpose of indoor use only in a small home, and it accomplishes that task wonderfully.

My father who is a paraplegic (62 years old) recently fell and broke his femur. He already only had limited use of his lower legs below his quads.
