Comfortable, well put together
I got this scooter to use at my work so I don't have to walk up and down a gravel hill that separates my office and the two other buildings I go to which the farthest building is about 50-60 yards away. It does just that for me. Very nice comfortable seat that adjusts and swivels.
When I first started using it, the reverse would make it go forward and forward would make it go reverse which isnt a real bad deal but still a defect. Day 2 of using it, the scooter would suddenly stop which wasnt good while I was going DOWN the gravel hill. Turn it off and back on again and it would go again for a few minutes then suddenly stop again. I saw the diagnostic light flashing 7 times telling me the problem. Called technical support and 4 business days later I had the two parts. My boss and I replaced the two parts and now its works great. The ride is a bit rough on the gravel, not much suspension, but if you take it slow you won't get bounced around to bad. And it takes the steep hill with no problem.

Decent quality for the money
Range due to dual batteries. Seems like a good quality product.
Volume of the horn is way too low to be of any use. Can't warn others you are coming.

All features do not work according to the product manual.
The 23 mile range; the look; the sturdiness of the scooter; and the ability of the scooter to take its' rider to and from most places within reason.
The horn is practically inaudible. The horn does not signal when the vehicle is in reverse as per the manual. The manual release on the scooter does not go all the way down as per the diagram; and in my particular case a leather flap on the back of the scooter was unattached.

Great for outside use in perfect conditions.
Ground clearance, comfort of seat, looks.
Turning radius is very wide...not easy to get into restricted space of any size. Cover, or shroud, is not heavy duty. Not to be used on dirt / gravel, but advertised as "all terrain". We bought it for outdoor use, but can't use it except in perfect conditions.

Prowler 4-Wheel: Review
I love that it has all the necessary lights to ride on the street in the bike lane when there are no sidewalks.
There are only 2-3 things I would change: One is to make the seat lower by 1.5” or so because it feels top heavy. It should have an outside horn, too, not just the inside one that you can barely hear. Lastly, it says to have the seat fully forward when riding, but I end up with my feet on the top part of the frame by the steering column instead of down on the carpet. Otherwise I LOVE my scooter. My dog runs beside me each day to get exercise too and sometimes hops on for the ride home under my legs!

My husband passed away and I needed a way to get to stores 1.5 miles away having never learned to drive. I have bad knees and a bad back.
