Overview
Technician Set-up : Is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience and peace of mind. With this service, your new power chair is shipped to your property via a freight company. Once your chair has been delivered a trained local agent will call you directly to schedule a convenient time to unpack and set-up your new power chair.
Please note: May add an additional 5-7 days to the total delivery time. With this delivery option your product is delivered to the front door, If you have any steps or ramps leading up to the house, or a very long driveway that the truck cannot navigate the freight company may not be able to deliver to your front door. You may want to consider upgrading to White Glove delivery.

Return Policy
This item may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging.
- The item must be in new condition--no cracks, scratches or dirty tires.
- A Return Authorization must be requested from SpinLife within 10 days of delivery.
- Once the Return Authorization has been received from SpinLife, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.
