Overview
The Jazzy Passport is Pride’s flagship folding power wheelchair. The Jazzy line has a long history of quality and dependability. The Passport maintains that history and provides a chair that is easy and convenient to transport. Whether you need a second chair for quick travel instead of a larger wheelchair, or simply want a convenient, easy-to-transport power wheelchair for daily usage, the Passport will do the job.
What Makes This Different
This is the first folding power chair from Pride Mobility. At only 60 pounds total, this is Pride’s lightest weight power wheelchair. When folded, the Jazzy Passport folds to a manageable 31” tall, 16” deep, and 23.5” wide wheelchair. You can tote the chair when folded just as you would a piece of luggage.
Why We Like It
In addition to being an easy to transport power wheelchair, the Jazzy Passport has a very small turning radius of just 25.25” which is smaller than other folding power wheelchairs. The 24V 10.4 AH Lithium Ion battery helps keep the chair’s overall weight at a minimum by weighing only 7 pounds. Standard 12” pneumatic rear drive wheels enable you to navigate surfaces that may be a challenge for similar models using only 8” rear wheels. A pocket on the backrest provides extra storage area. A foam seat cushion and backrest come standard for comfort and positioning.
A spare battery can be ordered for air travel. The Passport's default battery is not approved for air travel but many people like to have the spare battery as an option when traveling. Always check with your airline before flying for their specific regulations.
What You Need to Know When Ordering
Curbside Delivery is free and the freight company will call ahead for delivery. The Passport ships in a single heavy box. You may want to arrange for a friend or family member to help you to get the wheelchair unpacked and set up. The batteries should be charged for 8 hours upon delivery.
If you require extra assistance with delivery, Inside Delivery or White Glove Delivery Service is available for an extra charge. Please note: White Glove Delivery Agents are not permitted to conduct patient training on equipment.

5-Year Limited Warranty
For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

13-Month Warranty
The batteries are covered by a separate thirteen (13) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
Note: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.
6-Month Warranty - Lithium Ion Batteries
Lithium-Ion batteries are covered by a separate six (6) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not guaranteed by Pride.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:
- ABD Plastic Shrouds
- Brake Pad
- Motor Brushers
- Tires and Tubes
- Upholstery and Seating
- Fuses/Bulbs
- Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
- Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
- Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
- Contamination
- Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
- Battery fluid spillage or leakage
- Commercial use or use other than normal
- Improper operation, operation, maintenance, or storage
Note: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
