The Sofnit Reusable Underpads from Medline are made of a durable lightweight cotton / poly twill fabric and can be used under your bed sheets to provide extra protection to your mattress system. The fabric used with these underpads makes the Sofnit one of the more lighter weight and economical choices on the market. The fabric is also resistant to stains and to high heat, which is beneficial for drying after completing a wash cycle.
