If you have a problem with your patient lift simply call one of our expert customer service representatives, SpinLife.com will have the parts shipped directly to you - free of charge. Every effort will be made to return your patient lift to working condition in the shortest time possible.
The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.
3 Year Warranty on lift
3 Month Warranty on Batteries
In no event shall Liko have any obligation to make repairs, replacements or corrections required, in whole or in part, as a result of (i) normal wear and tear, (ii) accident, disaster or event of force majeure, (iii) misuse, fault or negligence of or by buyer, (iv) use of products such as, but not limited to, power failure or electrical power surges, (vi) improper storage of products or (vii) use of product combination with equipment or software not supplied by Liko.
