Overview
The CS9 FX600 Adjustable Width Bed from Invacare is one of the most adaptable homecare beds on the market today. This bed not only has a hi-lo frame, and a 600 lb. weight capacity, its width expands from 36" to 39" or 42" - without requiring tools to do so. The CS9 bed is also available in two lenghts, 76" and 80", with an optional extender upgrade for an 84" bed length. The CS9 is excellent for homecare applications but because it is so adaptable it's ideal for use in hospitals or rehabilitation centers as well.
What Makes This Different
The CS9 combines the best features of homecare beds and rolls them all into one versatile super-bed. The hi-lo frame allows for easy caregiver access when elevated and makes transfers safe and easy for both the user and caregiver when in the lowered position. This bed can be configured to accommodate nearly any user, and can be easily modified without tools later on if desired. The CS9 comes standard with an adjustable headboard and a fixed, 39" footboard. The headboard and footboard are offered in two styles and three different finishes for an inviting, comforting look.
Why We Like It
We love Invacare's Auto Contour feature, which raises the head and knee sections simultaneously, keeping the user comfortable and in place while the frame repositions. Because both sections of the frame move together, the user will not slide around which prevents shearing of the skin. The CS9 also has mattress keepers which hold the mattress in place as the frame adjusts. The CS9 comes with a durable, waterproof control pendant with eight universal symbols for easy, intuitive operation.
What You Need to Know When Ordering
Your CS9 bed, unless otherwise specified, will be delivered to the curb. If you or your loved one require assistance in getting the bed inside the home or need assistance in its assembly, you may want to consider the 'White Glove' delivery option, which includes a setup service. Upon delivery, the bed will be assembled, inspected and all packing supplies will be removed. Additional items like side rails may ship separately from the bed, which means they will require their own setup and will not be included under the White Glove Delivery option.
*Your CS9 bed does not come with a mattress. This will need to be ordered separately from our mattresses page.

Warranty Information
This warranty is not extended to any other person or entity and is not transferable or assignable to any subsequent purchaser or owner. Coverage under this warranty will end upon any such subsequent sale or other transfer of title to any other person. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
ICCI warrants the frame and welds on this product when purchased new and unused will be free from structural defects on the frame for a period of ten (10) years, electrical for a period of three (3) years, and mechanical for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase from ICCI or a dealer, with a copy of the seller’s invoice required for coverage under this warranty.
ICCI warrants the frame of this product when purchased new and unused to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase from ICCI or a dealer, with a copy of the seller’s invoice required for coverage under this warranty.
For all other components of this product when purchased new and unused, ICCI warrants that they will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase from ICCI or a dealer, with a copy of the seller’s invoice required for coverage under this warranty.
Upholstery (vinyls, fabrics and/or laminates) are not covered under this warranty. If within such warranty periods any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced, at ICCI's option. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of any such product. ICCI's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.

- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
