What You Need to Know When Ordering
To use the Sentinare sensor, you need to install the free Sentinare Activity Sensor App on your mobile device. The sensor also needs to connect to the Internet via a 2.4GHz WiFi network. You can download the app on your iOS or Android device. All alerts (including fall alerts) are sent by mobile notification to the Sentinare Activity Sensor App. Sentinare 3 includes a USB power supply compatible with standard North American AC power outlets, and an 8 feet long USB-C cable.
Warranty Information
Thank you for purchasing our device. This 1-Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies to the original purchaser of the product ("Customer") and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the device under normal use. If your device experiences any malfunction or failure due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
This Warranty does not cover the following:
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse (e.g., dropping, exposure to liquids, or exposure to extreme temperatures).
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering with the device.
• Wear and tear from normal use, such as scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage.
• Damage from improper storage or maintenance.
• Damage due to power surges, electrical spikes, or the use of incompatible accessories or power sources.
• Products that have been altered, disassembled, or repaired by someone other than our authorized service personnel.
This Warranty is the only warranty provided with the product. We disclaim all other
warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

30 Day Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be fully satisfied with your device. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return request to the dealer within 30 days of receipt for a refund under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
• The product must not have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or exposure to liquids.
• Products that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties
Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
