WHAT IS COVERED

ROHO, Inc. covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the product and AIRHAWK products.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

ROHO does not cover anything that would not be considered a defect in material or workmanship including, but not limited to an AIRHAWK or ROHO product that has been misused; has had the serial number altered, defaced, or removed; has been damaged by an accident; or, has been damaged from "an act of Nature", e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake, fire. Any modifications to the Product will void the warranty

FOR HOW LONG

The warranty period commences on the date that a new AIRHAWK Product is purchased by the original user owner (the "Purchase Date").

The warranty periods are as follows:

36 Months from the Purchase Date for AIRHAWK Pro Truck, AIRHAWK Motorcycle, AIRHAWK Aviation and Specialty Cushions;

18 Months from the Purchase Date for AIRHAWK 2 Motorcycle, AIRHAWK Truck Seat Cushion;

12 months from the Purchase Date for LTV cushions;

and 6 Months from the Purchase Date for all covers.

WHAT WILL ROHO DO?

Within the Warranty Period of your AIRHAWK or ROHO Product, if a defect arises in materials or workmanship and a Valid Claim is received, ROHO, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, will replace it with an equivalent to the original Product. A replacement Product will have a fully renewed Warranty Period that is specific to that model; see the "HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?" section above to reference product warranties.

DISCLAIMER

Any implied warranties, including the MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are also limited to warranties stated above from the date of original purchase and any action for a breach of such warranties or any express warranties herein must be commenced within this time. ROHO, Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injuries to property, whether as a result of a breach of express or implied warranties, or otherwise. ROHO, Inc. will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unreasonable or improper use of this product.

YOUR JURISDICTION LAW RIGHTS AND THE EFFECT OF THIS WARRANTY UPON THEM

This warranty restricts the duration of all implied warranties as noted above and limits or excludes recovery for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties will last and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so those provisions may not apply to you. While this warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This item is non-returnable for one of the following reasons:

• This item is custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs . Please review all specifications carefully before placing your order. Once production of your item has begun – the order is unable to be cancelled.
• For hygienic safety and per FDA regulations this item is non-returnable, even if unused.
• Once products are installed, the product is no longer returnable.
• Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call SpinLife Customer Service.
