The tub’s door has a 20-inch wide opening at the base, with a 32.75-inch opening at the middle of the seat and a 35.5-inch opening at the top of the tub, ideal for transfers in and out of a wheelchair. 

The Wheelchair Access Bathtub features several relaxation upgrades which elevate your bathing therapy experience: Hydrotherapy, Air Therapy, Dual Therapy and an additional Chromatherapy option.

The optional Hydrotherapy option features fully-adjustable, full range directional jets which help increase blood circulation while relaxing you. The Air Therapy option shoots warm bubbles out around your body to help ease those aches and pains while improving your blood flow. The tub’s dual therapy option combines the Hydrotherapy and Air Therapy options for an ultimate relaxation experience. The Air Therapy option turns on 30 minutes after use to clear out the jets and ensure cleanliness for the next use.
The Wheelchair Access Bathtub can be installed into existing tub hook ups, which requires a licensed plumber. The Wheelchair Access Bathtub may not fit through your exisiting bathroom door, so your contractor will need to measure the width of your door. Please consult a licensed plumber or contractor before purchasing the Wheelchair Access Bathtub. Please also ensure you've properly measured the space in which you'd like to place your new tub, and verify against the provided product space requirements.
