I'm so disappointed with this chair and I was shipped the wrong size seat. The only strength is that your company straightened out everything and couldn't be more professional.

It's too slow; it has no onboard charging system; it was advertised at 4 miles an hour, but it barely does 3.

This chair just looks good but hard to turn around in or go up & down my ramp.
