cover requires closing top-would like it to clip to basket...

Strengths:
it fits outside of basket
Weaknesses:
the cover should have a clasp to grip the basket. If not velcroed shut with cover, it sags. Want to be able to drop things into it, not need to bend over to unvelcro it.
