Sturdy fully mechanized hospital bed
Stays in place when bed is raised, only rolls when adjusted to its lowest setting
Side rails are add-ons. Full length side rails are a must if user can self roll in bed as the side rails afford greater safety. Do not get the basic nylon mattress like I did, definitely worth spending more and getting a better mattress - very hard and uncomfortable.

Hemiplegic SCI in late 30s
It looks good and works easily.
Versatility - moves up and down with knee and head lift. The feature of having something that holds the mattress in place so it doesn't slip off (those mattresses are slippery).
So far, haven't found anything.
