The slide bar that locks the individual quadrants. I have lost two seat cushions from damage to this feature.

The cover is breathable and the air pockets displace the weight so there is not one area with constant pressure.
Have not experienced a weakness. Possibly the fact the inflation nozzle protrudes from the front of the pad, but that has not been a problem so far.
