It is too Big for our house
salina p. from wendover, ut (caregiver)
My Father is 57, and last year he had an amputation on his right leg, also has to do dialysis 3 time a week.We have to travel 3 hrs in and 3 hrs back.
Chair seat and arm rests way too short. Front wheels too...
Did not meet the needs of this user.
Was quite heavy, front small wheels too large for user to move around without the foot rests on. Seat and arm rests way too short for comfort -- not usable for large person -- more for very small person or child.

The user is a wheelchair bound male aged 67 yrs old and weighs 240 lbs.
Easy to fold and store, not very durable.
Folds easily, which is great for getting in and out of vehicles and for travel.
This chair is not durable enough for outside use. The seat guides broke within a few days of use on outdoor sidewalks and had to be replaced. I was hoping this chair could be used for air travel, but it is not very sturdy.

Lightweight, folds easily
Not sturdy enough to handle outdoor use or travel

The small wheels in the front will sometimes hit the frame...
Comfortable.
Poor design causes front tires to lock up occasionally.

What I expected but problem
Weight of chair, ease to maneuver
Breaks are backwards - Mother is in a nursing home. This chair is being left at my church for her or others to use. The nursing home's wheelchair breaks are applied by pushing the break forward which takes less strength in her arms and hands than your wheel chair where the breaks must be pulled to apply the breaks. It is also confusing for an older adult who has dementia. This product is working well for the purpose it was purchased.

By other recommendations, I expected better.
It is lightweight.
The arms do not stay in their holders. When my mom sits on it (she is a small lady), one of the clamps lets go and scares her.

My mom is 88 years old, she fell twice and first broke her hip. On the second fall, she broke her femur. Her knees are full of arthritis.
Product has at least 1 fault, see below
Not provided
When I first received it, I found a tendency of the seat bar to separate from the back bar. When I notified you of the problem, you sent me a replacement. I find the same fault in the second chair and wonder if all the chairs of this model have it. In the 2nd chair, the left armrest pulled out without depressing the release button. This problem did not occur in the first chair, so I merely switched armrests.
