My wife uses it for therapy she had a total knee replacement and will be doing the other knee this summer

The inside mechanism are better built than the peddler she had before. It's lighter weight so not so hard to move around

The tension , doesn't seem to tighten.

I am 67 years old and have very bad circulation in my legs, so that was the reason for buying the Pedal Exerciser. I am very well pleased with product

I'm able to use it and I'm not super strong. I appreciate that it is very sturdy. Now I have a way to exercise my upper body and get some cardiovascular activity, despite cerebral palsy.

I can't lift it without assistance, but I understand the need to be sturdy.

Ease of putting together. Ease of determining tracking method (miles, calories...) Easy to adjust the tension
