Just to hard to handle by myself
The product is of high quality but it is just to hard for me to handle.
It is very hard to load my power chair to the E-Z carrier, I cannot do it by myself. I have to look for another carrier.

Lift ramp is too narrow for my chair & difficult to load...
Strong construction. For someone with a more narrow chair & who is much stronger than I am it would be good. Shipped really fast.
Ease of use & narrowness of ramp.

Hard to get the chair up because when the front wheel hit...
It is less expensive then an electric lift.
Ramp and you can not just glip up the bottom with out getting out tools to get it up against truck. Missleading advertizing.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this product a 6-7
It is pretty easy to manuever by one person, although it may need 2 people if the person cannot bend down and lift up gate. Do not have to take off the lift and it can always be on the van/car is an advantage
Sometimes when you lift up the gate to get the hole lined up with the screw, in colder weather, I think that it sticks so we have had to pound the end of the screw (for lack of a better term) to get into the hole. Also for a manual lift, I think the price was too expensive

Not very impressed with the quality of the welding.
The carrier works fine now after I had the insert disassembled and rewelded properly.
The insert that goes into our hitch on our van was welded at an angle. And the carrier sat very crooked on our van with the cart hard to load.
