I love the quality my only complaint is when you first try...
I have had several scooters the go-go is far superior to all other scooters pride scooters are the best in the game bar none! I wouldn’t buy ant other brand.
Other than the fact that when you first try to get it to go from a stop it is a creeper it takes off so slow and it has to go for a while before it builds up any speed I bought both the go-go elite 3 wheel and the go-go 4 wheel the 3 wheel for the house and the 4 wheel for when I go out to the store or traveling I love them both beautiful and solid they don’t get any better! As I said my only complaint is they are to slow off the line they feel like they have no power until they get rolling. I have a old one I’v had for 5 yr. Since I first got crippled and I have beat it trying to understand that I am a cripple it has hung in there when it shouldn’t have taking away someone’s legs is tough to deal with and my go-go hung tough to this day it still works I used it right up until I bought my first new go-go about a mo. ago anyway it is no slug it goes when you first take off I don’t know what you changes but there is quite a difference in my old one and my new one if the new one took off like my old one it would be perfect! Anyway my old one help me through some very, very hard times I don’t know if I would of made it without it I thank you for such a quality product as far as I’m concerned there is no other brand other than PRIDE!

Update on extended battery
Just spoke with customer service. Apparently his return call to me was missed. He has contacted Pride about a new battery and case. Thank you.

Rider has had 2 strokes, both knees and 1 hip replaced. Walking long distances is not an option. Now she can get out and about and enjoy things.
Have only used it once or twice but seems ok.
Easy to assemble and disassemble.
Too early to tell.

Very practical scooter.
Sturdy and reliable, easy to use, easy to take apart and put together.
Only about 1/2" of ground clearance under the little "tip-over" wheels, a problem on uneven sidewalks.
