I bought this to help with Getting around Disney starting with parking lot and Epcot. Already paid for itself with one excursion to Epcot. Love it.
She loves the scooter and this is the third one purchased...
Light enough for me to pick up and put in the car. My wife actually keeps a copy of your catalog in the pocket of her scooter and gives it away when we are out in public and she is asked where she got her scooter.
This is not a knock on the scooter like I said we have purchased three from you so far. They tend to wear out in about three years with my wife's use. This time when we got the scooter as I was assembling it I heard a rattle when I picked up the battery. Later when I tried to remove the battery the handle came off in my hand. I disassembled the battery and found all the screws and washers unattached.

my wife who is 61 years old and was diagnosed with MS 33 years ago.
It gives me my independence.
Easily goes on the bus, or into my trunk so I can go wherever I want. I even plan to take it on a cruise next year.
I really don't see any weakness.

Turns on a dime, easy on and easy off, she loves it!
On board charging, amazing turning radius, swivel seat and light enough to transport although you need a bigger vehicle than I have to do so. Very affordable unit, easy to assemble.
Haven't found one yet!
