Company's customer service has been good so far. Had...
That it can break down for storage in the trunk of a car, lift not needed. Seems durable enough
A little heavier than I expected from spec descriptions.

Zip'r 4-Wheel: Review

The product seems that it does not meet the concept of being portable for someone who would need it. It requires strength and standing on your head to install the seat. It seems that there would be lift points or handles to help the elderly manage loading the sections. The seat was already coming apart on arrival. Since the only shock absortion is the seat, you will feel every bump with this seat. While the low ground clearence makes it very stable, it will get stuck on every bump in a sidewalk. I am not sure if all scooters suffer the same setbacks, the design of this one works better for kids to play on than an for an elderly person who needs it.
