So far it has been very reliable in all kinds of n.y....
Quality materials,as well as fit&finish.it can really take punishment well! I have driven it off a n.y.sidewalk curb at night because I missed the nearby ramp; and I have hung it up on the steel anchor posts trying back it into the slots available on n.y.c.busses.it has a very powerful motor! I think of it as a tank for all the abuse it can tolerate.it has been very reliable, knock on wood!
I just wish it had a captain's chair.

I have very bad knees.. so mobility is an issue
long battery life and 6MPH speed
Solid tires work well and with rear suspencion the ride is still good.
The standard seat back is weak and I would suggest a seat up grade.

Power, speed, and a very smooth ride. Also very attractive.
The seat back is not at all comfortable and can't be adjusted. (As a side comment that might impact on someone's decision to buy this very nice scooter, to buy a T-bar attachment for the seat post so that I can use my Bruno lift to get the scooter in the car, I had to pay the unbelievable price of $300 for a small piece of hardware.)
