87 year old with arthritis in knees and heart conditions

Comfortable and easy to operate. Also, was easy to hook up when first received

The battery back-up could be convenient in the event of a power outage, but I wish you could by-pass it as I like to unplug major appliances if not in use, and it is inconvenient to do so as you have to remove the batteries to keep from depleting the power. A rechargable system would be a real plus

96 years old, balance issues, weak legs and arthritis.

I liked the fact the back comes off the chair, which helps move it easier. Also very comfortable.

It was a little difficult for one person to get the back on by yourself.

The client is very pleased with the chair. The life capability has been invaluable. Thank you.

The biggest strength has been that the client can get out of the chair. She has minimal arm strength and she is really enjoying it.
