The user of this product is a 44 year old 100% disabled veteran with ataxia.
Nice product, poor design.
Stability
Backrest flops around. Should be tighter. Doesn't fold very flat.

Well made for many years of use!
Not a strength but a comment on the fold up back rest. It won't hold still when I try to pull myself up when getting out of bed!!!
It is too short for my 5"10" long legged body! If it had another hole or two for adjustment it would be much easier for me to stand up straighter!

Over all a good product that does the job

Minor problem, but the little "clip" that is used to "lock" the roller in a folded position is not easy to use and doesn't work as well as it should.

Cost is reasonable. Easy to use and easy to pack up into a travel bag and travel with it.
I dislike the new locking mechanism. The circular back of the "seat" used to lock in place but no longer does. It makes it difficult to move the walker up one step because the back is no longer stable. The new (red) locking mechanism is fair. I still use the rubber "S" part to be sure that the walker cannot move after parking it. I wish that you could bring back the old (stable) curved back - it made moving the walker much easier.

52 year old woman with Multiple Sclerosis. This is my 5th NOVA rolling walker.
Difficult to put into my car
Great for walking and turning corners. Great for carrying drinks, trays and other items.
Its wide, which makes it good for my balance, but it's difficult to fit it through lots of doors It's heavier than my old Zimmer Frame and difficult to lift and very bulky to fit into the back of my small car

I've had M.S. for 30 years and can walk a little with the help of a frame.I still work and drive my own car, but I get tired easily and am quite weak
We are highly satisfied
Good quality, ease of use, good looks, price
We would have preferred inflated balloon tires

Cruiser Deluxe and Deluxe Jr.: Review
Sturdy, lightweight, very easy to maneuver, brakes work well and are easy to engage and disengage.
Basket cannot be reversed to go under the seat for security; difficult to slide in and out of the backseat of a car because it flops open.
