This is a great product. It's unique design disperses...
I've been using these conditions for years. Despite the fact they are pneumatic they hold up very well. I've never had any breakdown.
It is a pneumatic cushion so you really do need to have a backup.

Resolves Coccyx pressure issues
Redistributes pressure to relieve pain from localized loading issues. One is able to contour the seat to adjust for scoliosis and or lordosis.
Filling the cushion with air is difficult and rather subjective. The addition of a pressure gauge and specifying a specific pressure would be helpful.
