design of chair for a short individual and lumbar support cannot be adjusted

Not happy, too much lumbar support and the padding cannot be adjusted. I was told that there was a zippered cover to adjust the padding.
Worst product I have ever purchased.

This chair was purchased for my wife who has trouble with her back and hips. I'm sorry to report that we have not had good service from this chair.
Head cover was not attached and was smaller than expected.
Size does allow hoist to go around it.

I am not happy with the chair. My first online purchase was good. This is a failure. Sorry.
the chair is uncomfortable. I am constantly moving my backside around so I can sit up straight . It feels as though the bottom cushion is too high towards the back of the chair. when I reclined three quarters the back of the chair leans slightly and my feet do not rise high enough for my comfort

The instructions were confusing because they were generic. Customers would be better served if instructions appropriate to the specific MODEL were included.
