Classic LC-220 2-Position (LC-20*): Review
Quality in construction and upholstry
Electric hook-up. 95% of the users of this chair are old. The directions to disconnect The electric is dangerous,an inline switch between the transformer and the hand control would eliminate the user a possibility of an electric injury also the plug now in use is difficult to connect. I am an retired insurance agent turned inventor w/2 patents.

I like the chair.
Craftsmanship, quality of fabric. White glove service is great.
I wish the stretchy cord to the control was longer. It is just not convenient but I do like the pocket on the side of the chair.

Fabric quality could have been of better quality and headrest area not comfortable.

It is just what we expected
The stability and height are a great design. Even without using the lift feature if has helped us tremendously.
I like the stability of the chair but if there was an adjusment to make it rock that would be nice. My father ends up slouched down in chair when he tries to reposition himself and if the chair had movement this may eliminate the problem. I realize it is the design and at the same time we like the stability.

The user is my father at a nursing facility. He has not used the chair long enough to give an accurate opinion of the product (Pride Casual Line; C-20, 2 Position Lift Chair). However, one complaint so far: The switch on the hand control that changes the setting from lift chair to recliner chair broke off during the first five minutes of chair use (a weak plastic prong broke).
