It has helped a lot with changing my clothes, as I am not able to get out of bed or sit up right on my own.

The ease of getting a hold of it and security while using it.
It would be nice if it were designed it such a way that it could go in the center of the bed, I have a hospital type and there is a mechanism on the bottom of the head board that is used to raise and lower the bed. That not really an issue but that's about the only flaw I can think of.
