Excellent scooter to get out & about.
The extra battery(more go power), built tough for getting around town, the ease of use, & the comfort(you don't feel the bumps like you'd expect)
That it doesn't work with the canopy that I purchased & the fact that I wasn't told this ahead of time.

I am extremely happy with not only the Hurricane, but with...
Very well built, comfortable to use for extended periods, easy to drive and whe not a three wheeler with a tiny turn radius the Hurricane is very maneuverable for its size
The manual neglets to describe the procedure for separating the break cable when disassembling for transport

Its #1 in my book I`m very happy with this scooter
Buy it, you will love it!
I like the improved speed. I have to travel 10 miles to the grocery store, this helps a lot. I love it! ....Laurence
Even though it has independent supension, it still rides very rough on the side walks (very bad back)I think this should be improved. Better tires? Feels every expansive joint in the side walk. At the expense shorter range. It rains a lot here in Olympia, I would like to see better rain protection for me and the scooter.

I like to be in the yard alot and this helps me to do a lot of projects - like weed wacking for example.
Hands down the best scooter I have ever owned!
My Hurricane exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The custom seat fits me perfect and is more comfortable than my recliner. The whole thing is very sturdy and well thought out. I can even use the front fender as an alternate footrest location with no fear of breaking anything. I love that I can turn on just the fender mounted headlights when I'm in a crowd and not blind children, but can turn on the high and low lights when I'm out in the open. It handles great over virtually any terrain. The speed selection setup is great; it allows me first to select high or low speed (rabbit or turtle) and then use the variable speed limiter knob to dial in the exact maximum speed I want it to go. I can "set it and forget it" to match the walking pace of anyone with me so I don't "run away" from them. The highest speed setting is almost scary fast but it sure is nice to be able to zoom through parking lots or down the sidewalk without feeling like a slug trying to run a marathon. It's fun to zoom around too! Best of all it handles hills like a champ. Even with my 330 lbs weighting it down it has zoomed right up every grade I've tried it on with complaints.
Personally I don't find any weaknesses for my purposes. For some folks though, the size and weight would be a negative. This one big honking scooter! I have a small trailer with a tail gate ramp that (just barely) holds two Hurricanes (my other half just bought one too). This way I don't have to dissasemble anything or have some cumbersome lift or what not. I just ride them onto the trailer, tie them down and go. But for some folks I can see where the size would be a big negative. If you want a powerful, fast, and rough terrain capable scooter and don't care about size and weight then the Hurricane is the best there is (the Hummer of scooters) but if you want something light and easily portable... look elsewhere.

I cannot walk any distance without a lot of pain.
Very good product.
Ease of use and more mobility for me. It is even more stable than I expected. I have been pleased so far it was money well spent.
It has a little trouble in thick gravel it will bog out and stop.
