expensive, but worth the cost.
extremely comfortable for someone sitting in a wheelchair for many hours at a time. we also put the old cushion on the seat in the van, which makes the ride more comfortable.
sometimes it slips in the chair and has to be adjusted. this is a very minor inconvenience.

my husband has been in a wheelchair for 23 years and says this is the most comfortable cushion he has used.
My mother loved it.
The ability to breathe and it's comfort.
The material the cover is made out of should be easy to clean and air out.

Don't last long enough to suit me. And, the cushion is rather pricey.

covers aren't good for the price. The gel leaks after about 3 to 5 years (typically 3)

I've owned a couple Jay2s, Jay Extreme and now Jay Active. I have to say that I like this one the best. It's a cross between the Jay2 & Extreme.
