This Gel cushion keeps down skin break down the best.
The gel and the soft surface, are its strengths, the gel moves with the body and the soft surface material makes it very comfortable.
I don't think they last as long as they use to! It seems to come unsealed at the seams. You could make one for the automobile with the foundation thinner. Also how long have they been made in Mexico?

Easy to use. Not Heavy.
Reliabilty over air cushions that I also use.
Gel pacts are not as full as my last J-Active.

It's well made and works pretty well for me. Comfortable. Cushions are highly indivdual & this might not be good for others but I like it.
I don't like sitting on any surface all the time. This included. Gel pad seems lumpy as it needs to be shoved together to fit into cover.

expensive, but worth the cost.
extremely comfortable for someone sitting in a wheelchair for many hours at a time. we also put the old cushion on the seat in the van, which makes the ride more comfortable.
sometimes it slips in the chair and has to be adjusted. this is a very minor inconvenience.
