Its ability to keep your circulation moving in your rear, which will stop and heal bed sores. Also its ability to keep air flowing through the cushion, helps to keep the shin cool and dry, stopping sores.
I haven’t found any weaknesses yet, but I’ve only had it a short time.

Wheelchair cushion. I sit long hours each day and have found this cushion provides best protection vs sitting sores.

Warranty (never had a problem with replacements for leaking cushion, excellent protection from pressure sores.
Slow leakage of air over time. Softness of the rubber eventually results in pinhole leak(s) around base of an air cell in areas that receive the most impact during transfers.
