Does not look like a Hospital Bed. Head and foot boards blend in with home décor. Accepts the mattress very well.

There is a loud snapping metal noise at the end of the high and low function (like the bed will fall apart) .

When the foot is lowered it sometimes doesn't go all the way down unless I push on it.
