I like being able to have the bed at different heights.

Ability to adjust bed height, head, feet and overal tilt of bed independently.

The mattress holder at each end of the bed doesn't always keep mattress in place.

My husband is a paraplegic. I purchased this bed for comfort and safety for him. Also, the height adjustment makes it much easier to take care of him.

The lowest height setting wasn't quite as low as we were hoping. On a good day, it's possible that mom might be able to get herself up. We were hoping to prevent this since she is an extreme fall risk.

Very reasonable price, easy to set up, head-foot-height adjustments are flow less.

We have to use a Hoyer for in and out of bed. The scissor type frame comes too low for the Hoyer frame to go under the bed to be able to swing the 140 lbs. patient freely out of bed.

it almost goes down to the floor. It raises to a height of 30 inches, which saves my back. It looks well made; it's a really nice looking bed. It was also easy to finish putting it together. Again, the service was outstanding.
