It's very useful, especially on long trips to the mall or...
You don't have to break it down all of the way to store it.
Just wish that it was one of those folding ones.

The person that uses the scooter is 60 yrs old and had broken her femur at the hipbone 2 yrs ago.
The scooter is a bit tippy, the front wheel dose not lock...
Love the USB port, convenient battery size for transporting.
The scooter is tippy compared to my Go-Go, and the front wheel doesn’t lock in place for disassembling or reassembly.

I am female, 64. I use this for distance, airport travel and vacations, large shopping centers.
Nice scooter that meets most of my needs at this time.
Nice looking, runs well.
Not as easy to put and take apart as advertised. Not able to lean on steering column is difficult.

I am 5'7" with arthritis, my legs/knees need a lot of room. I wish the scooter was a little longer to allow for this.
Scooter worked well on its maiden voyage!
The strength of the base and the ease of operation.
At one point it wouldn't go. We had to turn it on and off and then it was ok.

It's a good scooter, solid and sturdy. Just slower than I...
The seat is super comfy, just a bit low even on the highest setting. Unlike the spitfire's seat. It has room for your knees to stretch out, and adjust your hips if you are sore, it is just slow is all. Otherwise this is a sturdy, good scooter.
Seat height, speed (or lack thereof), and the horn is not loud enough.

After the failure of the Spitfire scooter, this Phoenix was sent to me. It works well but is not as fast / speedy as the Spitfire, otherwise fine.
Had to trade in the Harley, getting old.
Light and easy to use, you must be careful with the turning on uneven road but it is a great little bugger for just quick outings and does not take a lot of room.
Tippy in turns on bumpy roads or side walks, better getting the four wheel one then the three but all in all it fine.

I recently purchased the scooter to help with my inability to walk a distance I suffer from COPD and it helps me get out and about.
Am satisfied with the scooter overall.
The deck is 31/2" above the ground. The seat, is very comfortable. It's easy to "park".
The deck is too short for knees that don't bend, I would like it better with 4 more inches of deck. Charging station on the yoke would be better on the right side.
