Sleep-Ezz Standard Adjustable Headboard Hugger Bed

The headboard hugger design and ease of controls.

We purchased a Hoyer patient lift and did not see Headboard Hugger information stating that the bed frame height would not allow the access of the power lift! You list a universal extension set, but I could not find any information regarding their use and the site photo would never come up. Could you tell me if this is what I require? Do you have 6 inch diameter casters available for purchase that could replace the 3 inch ones provided? Also, there are no directions for installing the mattress retaining bracket at the foot of the bed. I can feel the bolt hole locations through the bed frame fabric material, but no perforation or grommet for the bolts provided. How do you suggest I provide an access hole for the bolt without voiding the warranty?
