This product is being used for customers.
Excellent product.
The strength for me is having it wide enough as I am overweight, and it works great.
The only weakness is the foot pedals which I removed as they were uncomfortable to use.

Fits easily into trunk of car. Easy to assemble and comfortable. Very reasonable price. Compares favorably to rental wheelchair.
No backstraps on foot rests.

The apperence and heavuy duty
No instruction. The wheels are too tight to roll easiely. I'm only 5'2" and it is too tall for me to use very easily. There was no instruction on how to lower it or loosen the wheels to make to easier to push.
