It's as good or better than advertised!
Variable positions rather than 2 or 3 set positions.
The brief literature that came with the chair said that batteries could be installed, but failed to say where. Are they to be installed near the motor under the chair or in the hand held device? It would be nice to know in case of a power failure.

The chair was for my wife who is 77. She had difficulty getting up out of her old recliner. Now, it's a piece of cake.

not comfy

70, bad knees, I like the chair, but it is pretty stiff, I don't find it to be comfy. The fit is a little short, I should have ordered a size larger
Very comfortable. Adjusts to my liking.
infinitely adjustable, attractive enough for wife to welcome it into our living room.
Haven't had it long enough to note any weaknesses. So far it is performing as described on line. All friends who visit have to try it out.

My mother sleeps better in this chair and experiences less...
I do not live close to my mother but I think the fact that is eases her discomfort is the big plus, in phone conversations she is quite happy about that especially since she can't use most pain medications due to allergies and side effects.

Physically disabled
exactly as we ordered
its functions and ease of use are terrific, particularly the ability to get the legs above the heart. This is a very healthful position for people with heart conditions and fluid retention
the only weakness is the "bria" covering, a fake leather....but I guess it's good in the end, since it would not absorb incontinence odors like leather might.
