Ease of assembly.q
Putting the front basket on.

I have MS
Great, easily fits in trunk of car.
Easy to take apart and put together. Light enough to lift in and out of car trunk. Even with a weak, can stand and lean on car and lift the base with help from my wife. Seat turns making it easy to transfer to regular chair when we go out.
I am 6 ft. leg room limited. Ease of putting it together makes up for lack of let room.

My husband is 75. Broke his hip in Jan. 07. Doing great, but could not walk long distances. Now we can go where we want.
Just what I needed.
Serves the needs.

Very nice scooter.
The scooter appears to be affordable easily maneuverable and at this time we have had no product failures.
Battery charger . The ability to charge the battery could be improved. Having to bend almost to floor level with the plug having an especially snug fit seems a bit difficult.

This scooter was purchased for and by my relative.
It's very versatile.
Light weight & easy to disemble.
Could have had a front light for night use.

Excellent customer service.
We have never dealt with a company in the pass that has such a outstanding customer service, We had order the Go-Go on line and were amazed at the emails confirming the order and when the item was shipped. We had a problem with the shipping company and one call to your customer service the problem was taken care of and a call back to keep us informed. Well Done!!!! Linda S

I have progressive Multiple Sclerosis and was diagnosed 25 years ago. I needed something for around the house and when going shopping.
Lightweight, easy to transport.
The size, the easy breakdown and re assembly. Quality product.
The scooter does not come with options that are available on other Pride scooters. Pride does not make any considerations for use for a person with only left hand use. I knew this when I purchased it and had to make a few changes so that my wife could operate the throttle and seat controls with the only hand she has use of...her left. It would be nice if Pride would offer these changes from the factory at an additional cost.

We needed a light weight scooter for going to events such as baseball games and when traveling.
An excellent product, fulfilling my needs.
Its portability, weight and size make it ideal to fit in the trunk of a car. Its ease of assembly allows me to assemble and go places I previously could not get to.
None concerning the product. It's too bad that Medicare will not cover the cost for those who have limited activity due to diabilities such as mine.

79 yrs. old with a weak heart and lungs; also a back problem.
The scooter is very good for indoor use.
The swiveling/adjustable seat, basket, size are all just right.
The neurtral lever at the rear of the scooter can be a bit of a problem if bumped. We placed a sticker with directions and cured the problem.

I purchased the scooter for my 83 year old Aunt. She lives in an adult apartment complex and was having trouble getting around.
Meets my needs very well.
Comes apart in a few minutes with ease. We are RV'ers and tow a PT cruiser. It fits in the back of the PT very easily. I can get around at RV rallies much better than I can walk with a cane. I can't walk very far with my cane alone.
None so far.

I have a heavy power chair that I haven't used because it is cumbersome to get out of my van with a power lift. I like the much lighter scooter for now using the van's power lift, and my husband can break it down ino parts to take in our sedan.
If you are heavy or need longer range, you might need a double battery scooter like a REVO. It is still a problem to travel by airline with this scooter...needs protective collapsible containers for the scooter parts. A three wheel scooter can tip more easily than a 4 wheel scooter.

Post-polio syndrome. I can walk, but fatigue easily. I have a heavy power chair that I haven't used because it is cumbersome to get out of my van wit
